Learning to Breathe: The Weary Woman’s Guide to Cultivating Rest – We live in a do-it-all, have-it-all, be-it-all world that tells us to do & have & be until we drop. We are constantly inundated with external pressures and continually battling internal turmoil. With all this hammering away at us on a daily basis, how are we ever going to find rest? Overcoming the Overwhelm – Being a mom is overwhelming. We juggle so much daily, always trying to find a balance (if only we knew what that actually LOOKED like). Marie shares her own struggles with overwhelm and some practical tools for overcoming the cycle together! ** MOST POPULAR TOPIC **
The Art of Seeking and Accepting Help from Others – For many women, seeking and accepting help is a huge struggle. They feel guilty, embarrassed, or unworthy of asking for help when they need it. But God has called us to love “one another.” A reciprocal call. To both give and receive help. Let’s delve into God’s truth and find greater connection as a community of believers that both accepts and doles out help in turn.

I share my personal depression story, God’s truth in the midst of depression, and how one might support a loved one who is in the midst of their own battle.

Let’s discuss how to find freedom from the constant preoccupation with our looks, and live in gratitude and acceptance for the body God has given us.
